MPs agreed on a plan to allocate $500 million to Imam Reza (A.S) Fund to help cover costs of marriage for young couples. Asghar Norollahzadeh, fund president told ISNA that the amount would be allocated by way of marriage loans. He announced that a plan to assist couples with Jahiziyee (dowry) is also pending approval in the Majlis.
