The cultural deputy for the minister of science and higher education announced that the student rights’ charter has been compiled and from the current semester “will be applied in one university on a trial basis.” Dr. Seyyed Zia Hashemi told ISNA that the charter has gone through several revisions and “it will be implemented in all universities nationwide in the future.”
