Education Minister Ali Asghar Fani will visit Azerbaijan on Wednesday to take part in the 12th General Conference of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO).
Ministers of member states meet at a regular session every three years. Representatives of regional and international organizations are also attending the 36th session of ISESCO which opened on November 23, IRNA reported.
Participants will review the ISESCO Executive Council report for the period between the 11th and 12th General Conference sessions.
ISESCO was founded by the 52-nation Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in 1979 to build bonds among member states in relevant fields.
