The crowdsourcing initiative for youth at the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs has been approved and will soon be implemented, said deputy of Youth Office, Mohammadreza Rostami.
“We hope the portal will take off by the end of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2016),” he said at the 57th session of the Youth Office attended by Minister Mahmoud Goudarzi, Borna News Agency reported.
Crowdsourcing is the process of getting work or funding, usually online. The project aims to publicize projects and events in the country that are in need of economic support, and raise money for charitable causes using social media.
Rostami also said the National Assembly of Philanthropists for creating jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities has been established and will start work soon.
