Kurdish language and literature will be taught for the first time in the undergraduate degree program with the approval of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, said Amad Nahirat, dean of the Faculty of Literature and Foreign Languages, University of Kurdistan. “Learning different languages spoken in the country will help study scientific research works in those languages,” ISNA quoted him as saying.
