All Iranian pilgrims injured in the recent deadly crush in Mina, near Mecca, have been transferred home, said Pir Hossein Kolivand, head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) hospital in the holy city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, IRNA reported. Nearly 464 Iranians were killed in the Mina stampede on September 24 while performing the ‘Stoning the Devil’ ritual, and many were injured. Meanwhile, 67 pilgrims still remain missing.
