An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 Richter rattled Pahleh city, Dehloran county in Ilam Province on Friday. The seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, said it occurred at 9:40 am local time, IRNA reported. Iran Red Crescent Society (IRCS) teams have been sent to the area to assess the post-quake situation. There were no reports of causalities.
