The Fashion and Clothes Management Workgroup at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, which had organized a modeling course for aspiring candidates for the first time in Iran, is now issuing qualification certificates to eligible models. The 65-hour modeling course trained candidates on “pertinent Iranian-Islamic- styles, showcasing techniques, and presentation without ostentation.”
The workgroup said only those who hold certificates are eligible to pursue a career in modeling and can be hired by designers in Iran.
The certificates will be issued at a ceremony on September 15 at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall.
