Sixty digital libraries will be launched in schools across the country by the end of the current year (March 20, 2016), said Afsaneh Ghorbani, head of ‘Hami’ Scientific Educational Association, Tehran.
The project aims to develop virtual education space, IRNA quoted her as saying.
At present there are 40 digital libraries in schools nationwide. A digital library is special with “a focused collection of digital objects that can include text, visual material, audio material, video material, stored as electronic media formats,” she added.
