CCTVs at Kindergartens

More than 8,000 kindergartens will be equipped with closed-circuit televisions (CCTVs) by the end of the current year (March 20, 2016), said Habibollah Masoudi Farid, deputy head of Social Affairs Assistance Department at the Social Welfare Organization. CCTVs will be used to monitor the performance of kindergarten teachers. “Any violation will be dealt with sternly.” At present, there are 8,200 kindergartens in urban areas. “Once cameras are fixed in urban preschools, installation work in rural areas will start,” he said, Mehr News Agency reported.
