A new version of ‘Iran Drugs Manual’ first published eight years ago, has been revised and republished this year by the Food and Drug Administration, said Shokoufeh Nikfar, deputy head of the FDA.  The new edition has updated information about 3000 drugs approved by the FDA till the end of the previous Iranian year (March 20), “for prescription and sale,” Bornanews reported.  The manual will help Iranian physicians identify new drugs approved in the country that can be prescribed for patients. The manual can be purchased from FDA’s public relations office.
