Workers who are transferred to IRCS rescue bases and choose to stay there will get a 45% hike in salary along with other fringe benefits, said head of Iran Red Crescent Society (IRCS) Amir-Mohsen Ziaei. Salary increase and other perks will encourage more workers to serve in rescue stations, IRNA quoted him as saying.
