The needs assessment package for rural skills training – a generic manual on training for rural economic empowerment – was unveiled in the presence of Labor Minister Ali Rabiei.
“Educational needs assessment is crucial to empower rural areas, nomadic tribes, and border regions,” said Rabiei in a conference with provincial managers and directors of the Coordination Council of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.
The project is in line with the general policies set by the Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that call for ensuring equitable share of all Iranians in the production cycle by promoting education, skills, innovation, entrepreneurship and experience, ILNA reports.
