Earlier, foreign students were obliged to pass the Persian language course, but now with the waiver, the university has been successful in attracting more foreign students, IRNA quoted him as saying. Many foreign students from Muslim countries are studying in the university. “Shiraz is a medical hub in Iran’s southern region. Hundreds of transplants in liver and kidney are performed in the city’s hospitals annually,” he added.
