The Food and Drug Administration has been given one month “to organize the numerous brands of bottled water in the country.” A number of bottled water companies provide “false information on the package labels which do not match the content,” said Health Minister Hassan Hashemi, IRNA reported. He urged the FDA to determine the genuine brands of mineral water and whether the packaging material or process is harmful to human health.
