A scientific-research agreement was signed to boost cooperation between the ministries of science and petroleum in oil research. The caretaker minister of science and higher education said the need for collaboration between universities and oil industry was recognized since the early years of the Islamic Revolution, ISNA reported. Mohammad Ali Najafi said according to the agreement, universities will conduct research in oil fields- an unprecedented initiative.
