Dilapidated ambulances in the country will be replaced with 800 new ones, says Head of Emergency Medical Service Amin Saberinia. “The process will start in October and complete gradually as old ambulances are phased out,” ISNA quoted him as saying. The imported fleet is said to be equipped with the latest emergency devices and tools. The provinces with the most rundown ambulances will be given priority in receiving new ones.
