The body of a crew member of the helicopter that went missing in the Persian Gulf has been recovered from the waters and brought to Bushehr.

Three teams from the Iranian Red Crescent Society, National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran are still searching for the three other missing members, ISNA quoted Hossein Darvishi, deputy assistant of IRCS Relief and Rescue Unit, as saying.

The passengers included two crew members, one patient and a caregiver.

The helicopter, belonging to the NIOC, had flown from Abuzar oil field in Qeshm to transport an injured person to a medical center, on Monday.

Shortly after takeoff, air traffic controllers lost contact with the chopper.
