The 15th International Congress of the Iranian Academy of Periodontology will be held in Tehran from October 6-9. “Various subjects, including periodontal diseases and non-surgical treatments, effects of the diseases on general health, new techniques in treating and dental implants will be discussed by some of the world’s most eminent scientists and scholars in the field,” said Dr. Abbas Seyed Shakeri, congress executive secretary, ISNA reported. Experts from Sweden, the US, Italy, Belgium and Turkey will attend. An exhibition on dental implants, regenerating materials and medical devices will be held on the sidelines of the congress.
