The number of women smokers is on the rise with the ratio of women to men smokers now standing at 1:6, from the previous ratio of 1:9. That is, for every six male smokers there is one female smoker, reports IRNA. The latest statistics show that 12.91% of women smoke 13.10 cigarettes a day on an average.
