An Electronic Instructive Judicial System will soon be set up to help guide people through legal proceedings, said deputy manager of the Judiciary’s Center for Statistics and Information Technology, Siamak Rafati.
“We needed a system to provide people convenient access to accurate legal and judicial information in addition to the two systems of Comprehensive Electronic System and Electronic Judicial Systems already established,” he was quoted by ISNA as saying. The system generates specific information on legal procedures, and offers features on courtrooms and judicial service offices for those uninformed on how to manage their legal affairs causing unnecessary expenses and waste of time.
