73% of Women in Master’s Exam for Medical Sciences

This year saw 90,143 applicants in the nationwide entrance exam for master’s degree in 58 branches of medical sciences, “of which 65,848 were women, and 23,295 men,” said Mohammad Hosseinpour, head of the Center for Medical Sciences Education.  For the first time, applicants were allowed to take exams in two fields relevant to their bachelor’s degree, reports Khabaronline.
