MoU on Developing Scientific Capacities

The Iranian National Commission for UNESCO and the deputy of Science and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding in the area of science, technology, and innovation. Secretary General of National Commission for UNESCO Mohammad Saeedabadi, and Vice-President for Policy Making and Strategic Assessment Dr. Mehdi Elyasi signed the agreement that seeks full exploitation of UNESCO’s capacities for developing scientific, technological, and innovative systems in the country, ILNA reported.
Reporting Iran’s scientific, technological, and innovative achievements to international organizations, benefiting from international consultative services and findings of successful relevant experiments, conducting specialized workshops led by UNESCO professionals, and having Iranian field experts in specialized international conferences and seminars are among the key areas of focus.
