Brazilian Woman Gives Birth to 21st Child

A Brazilian woman gave birth to her 21st child at the age of 51, the local portal G1 reported on Sunday. Doctors had warned her about the high risk of the pregnancy, especially given that middle-aged women experienced serious problems with blood pressure, but it went off well, and she gave birth to a baby boy, reports sputniknews.com.
Both mother and baby are in satisfactory health. The newborn weighs a little more than three kilograms (six pounds) and is 46.5 centimeters (one and a half feet) tall. The mother had her first child at the age of 13.
