The second round of the International Exhibition for Women’s Roles in Sustainable Development will be held in mid-September in cooperation with the strategic council headed by Vice-President for Women and Family Affairs Shahindokht Molaverdi, said Soheila Jelodarzadeh, advisor to the minister of industries, mines and trade. “The first edition in May 2014 was held to promote the ‘economy of resistance’ – a policy proposed by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei - to promote domestic growth,” ILNA quoted her as saying. The second exhibition has three sections: government, private sector, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The most successful female entrepreneurs in the country will be introduced and honored at the exhibition.
