Well-known Iranian scientist Dr. Sadegh Ayenehvand, passed away on Thursday after suffering from lung failure.
Ayenehvand, 64, was the president of the Iranian Institute for Humanities and Cultural Studies (IHCS), and also one of the leading researchers in human sciences. His funeral will be held on Sunday at Behesht-e Zahra, Tehran.
Vice-President for Science and Technology Surena Sattari, offered condolences to the family of the bereaved, IRNA reported.
