Women in Tehran will benefit from a 50% discount in municipal sport complexes in the current Iranian year (started March 21), said Mohammad Rezaei, head of the Sports Organization at Tehran Municipality.
“All sports arenas at Alzahra University of Tehran are exclusively for woman in a variety of fields,” he said, Mehr News Agency reported.
All male-exclusive sport complexes will also accommodate women every alternate day. Currently there are 11 municipal sport complexes for women where they can practice to compete in 35 fields of women’s sports.
