All domestically manufactured medical devices will be branded ‘Made in Iran’, said Seyed Hossein Safavi, general secretary of the Office for Monitoring and Evaluation of Medical Equipment and Supplies, at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). “Corroborating use of domestically manufactured medical equipment is the biggest support the ministry of health can give local manufacturers,” he said, on the sidelines of the Iran Health International Fair in Tehran, Mehr News Agency reported.
