The International Conference of Migration Patterns, Consequences, and Policies will be held in Tehran in October.
Organized by the Statistics Center of Iran, the event will discuss migration data resources, immigration, and migration-related economy. The conference is sponsored by the Management and Planning Organization (MPO), Population Association of Iran, Statistics Association of Iran, University of Tehran (population group), The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Research Center of Majlis, and ministries of foreign affairs; culture and Islamic guidance; science, research and technology; and youth affairs and sports. The event will be held from October 27-28 and the deadline for article submission is July 23.
