To educate school children about the benefits of healthy breakfast, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) organized an event in Tehran’s District 10, attended by school kids and parents, on the occasion of the National Health Week. Hossein Rastegar, an FDA official, said healthy breakfast provides basic nutrition for the body, and regretted that some kids are turning to ‘’biscuits and cakes’’ instead of ‘’bread and dairy products’’ for their morning meal, Iran newspaper reported.
