Bakeries will get reviews based on customers’ satisfaction this year. Managing director of Iranian State Trade Organization, Ali Ghanbari, told ISNA that surveys would be conducted on issues like proper hygiene for bakeries, quality of bread and the use of healthy ingredients in products. Ghanbari added that bakers who score the highest will receive incentives, such as an increase in their subsidized quota of wheat flour.
