The ministry of education plans to recruit 5,000 new employees in the current year. Nematollah Mousapour, education deputy at Farhangian University - affiliated to the ministry - told ILNA the recruits would be employed after testing and then will receive one-year training for a career in education. The main criteria for hiring the candidates would be ‘’knowledge’’ and ‘’personal merits.’’
