A relatively powerful earthquake of magnitude 4.5 Richter rattled Mourmouri in Ilam Province in the early hours of Sunday, IRNA reported. According to the seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 3:30 local time. The quake’s epicenter was at 32.76 degrees latitude, 47.60 degrees longitude and it occurred at a depth of 8 km underground.
