Heavy rainfall lashed Rudbar-e-Qasran in Shemiranat county recently and damaged several parts of the district, including the Fasham-Lashgarak road, which has now been repaired. The Fashan-Zayegan road also damaged, is being repaired and will soon be reopened, ISNA quoted Ezatollah Khan-Mohammadi, Shemiranat governor, as saying. The damage caused by floods is estimated at more than $24 million, he added. The two districts of Rudbar-e Qasran and Lavasanat come under Shemiranat county in Tehran Province.
