Khuzestan and Alborz will be among the first provinces after Tehran to launch anger control centers. Youth affairs deputy at the ministry of youth and sports, Mahmoud Golzari, said his office would hold a meeting this week with Karaj (capital of Alborz Province) city council members to discuss the issue. Golzari added two new centers would also open in Tehran, ISNA reported.
