There are 110 schools in the country with only one student and 5,000 others with fewer than five students attending them, according to Ali Asghar Fani, minister of education. He said this indicated that the government is determined to prevent children in remote areas from being left behind in receiving education –which is the primary right of every child, ILNA reported.
