The nontransfer of teachers from other towns to Tehran will continue in the coming year (starts March 21). Head of Human Resources Department Khosrow Nazari at the ministry of education said all transfers to the capital are suspended, unless the special council on transfers or the minister himself deems them necessary. The measure “is in line with decentralization” in the education ministry, ISNA reports.
