The case of a Tehran clinic using vials which are allegedly contaminated is under investigation and the results will soon be announced, assured Minister of Health Hassan Hashemi. He said two medical teams have also been set up to examine all medicines to ensure their safety before they are distributed in medical centers, ISNA reported. Hashemi added: “Patients who have suffered harm due to medical errors are protected by the ministry.”
