Minister of Science and Technology Dr. Mohammad Farhadi, was selected to head the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) ministers of technology group at the summit held February 22-24 in Tehran. The inaugural session of the NAM ministers of science, research and technology was addressed by President Hassan Rouhani. The composition of the board was designated and Farhadi was selected as head of NAM ministers of technology, Mehr News Agency reported.
Officials from 58 countries and international bodies, including 31 NAM ministers of technology, participated in the conference.
