During the Majlis (parliament) open session on Monday to discuss details of the coming year (starts March 21) budget bill, lawmakers approved a decision to give household appliances on an installment plan to couples who are eligible to receive loans, in lieu of the loan amount, Alef News Agency reported.
Couples are eligible for a maximum loan of 100 million rials ($2950).
