Visiting a dentist incurs the highest expenses on the insured - accounting for 32% of all insurance costs. Anooshiravan Mohseni, Managing Director of the Health Insurance Company, said dental care has received coverage for the first time and includes 14 services which will increase to 16 in the coming year (starts March 21). He added that dental coverage now is available only for people living in rural areas and small towns, and also children and expectant mothers in all areas, ISNA reported.
