Head of the Department of Environment Masoumeh Ebtekar has appealed to school children across the country to come up with solutions “to rescue the endangered wetlands in the country.” Ebtekar who was visiting Hamoon wetland in southeastern Iran on World Wetlands Day (Feb 2), made her case to save the wetlands in a nomad school in the region, ISNA reported.
