Minister of Health Hassan Hashemi said over 200 major health centers would be established in the coming year with an allocation of $720 million, and hoped half of it would come from private sector investments. Investments by the private sector will be among the priorities of health care in the coming year (starts March 21), he said quoted by ISNA, adding that it would include investments in health insurance “so that coverage becomes ubiquitous and affordable for more people.”
