Pintapin, an online hotel reservation service, now allows foreign tourists to book rooms using international credit cards. Due to banking restrictions placed on Iran, international credit cards are not accepted in the country, which has made booking hotels or flights difficult. However, in a press release, the company said they accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card. Launched in 2015, Pintapin has agreements with over 700 lodging facilities, from five-star hotels to motels, giving tourists a wider accommodation choice. "We guarantee the best prices for our customers," the statement reads. The company aims to become a complete travel itinerary planner, providing all forms of services ranging from booking bus tickets to reserving hotel rooms.
