A joint construction project between the Iranian and Turkish private sectors is under way in north Golestan Province, CHTN reported Saturday. The project called ‘Sky of the Caspian Sea’ will encompass a 5-star hotel, a private airport, villas, malls, and water sports facilities. The development is situated near the Bandar Torkaman’s coast and the construction is estimated to cost around $200 million.
