The second train belonging to the 1001 Nights tours arrives in Yazd today, October 9.

The tour which earlier arrived in Iran by airplane on October 5, started its train journey from Tehran to Isfahan and Shiraz, and is due to arrive in Yazd today.  The train will continue on to Zanjan tomorrow, before leaving the country from the Razi border crossing, Nour Mohamad Amiri , head of public relations of AITO tours, told Financial Tribune.

Similar to the previous tour, the Turkish train accommodates 65 international passengers from Germany, Turkey, Italy, England, Russia, Switzerland, Austria, France, Spain, and Singapore.

The first group of passengers entered Iran by train on September 29 and flew out on October 4 via Tehran’s Imam Khomeini international airport (IKIA).

The tours are a joint cooperation among Antonina, a Turkish company, AITO, an Iranian tour company, and Lernide, a German Company. The 6-day train tour will leave Iran on October 11.
