A Quranic calligraphy exhibition has been mounted at Tehran’s Milad Tower on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. The expo was launched in a ceremony on Sunday, IRNA reported. It showcases 120 exquisite calligraphic works by prominent Iranian artists like Abolfazl Khazaei, Mohammad Saeed Naqqashan, and Meisam Soltani. The artworks feature verses of the Holy Quran and Hadiths narrated from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Imams (AS). The exhibition is open everyday during Ramadan from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic calendar. This year, it began on June 18. Every year, various religious programs are organized all over Iran during Ramadan.
