Iran’s longest rail sled began to operate in Heyran Holiday Resort, Gilan Province, Fars News Agency quoted Gilan governor general, Mohammad Ali Najafi, as saying. The private sector spent around 80 billion rials ($2.4 million) on the 1,500-meter rail sled, which happens to be as long as Heyran’s gondola lift, another attraction of the resort. The rail runs through the mountainous landscape of Astara County.
