Having reopened in March 2015, Persepolis Museum in Fars Province received 8,000 visitors per day during the spring holidays, CHN reported. There are three galleries and one central hall in the museum, containing over 160 Achaemenid artifacts, including a knife sharpener, a lion’s head and paw, sword hilt, various sorts of trays, stone plates, mortar and pestle, artificial eyeballs, lazuli tiles, and potteries, to name a few.
