Qeshm Air has added a new direct flight routed between Tehran and Bangkok, Thailand. The route was officially launched on Friday, February 20.
In a ceremony to launch the flight route, held in Imam Khomeini International Airport, officials from the Thai Embassy in Tehran, an envoy from Thailand’s Tourism Ministry, and senior managers of Qeshm Air welcomed the first group of travelers to Bangkok with Thai Orchid flowers as the symbol representing the country.
The launch of the new route is expected to increase travel between the two countries. Airbus 300 and 600 aircrafts will carry passengers every outbound Fridays at 6:30 PM from Tehran and inbound Saturdays at 10.30 PM Bangkok local time ( ICT, Indochina Time).
